Our story

Discover Baldan's trajectory, a journey of innovation, tradition and commitment to Brazilian agribusiness that has shaped the future of the field since its foundation.

Pioneer in agriculture.

The year was 1928. A rented warehouse with a zinc roof, where hammers were so powerful that they made the neighbors’ china tremble in their cabinets. Two brothers specialized in the arts of carpentry and blacksmithing. The dream of making it in America.

Modern Structure and Global Presence

In addition to its headquarters, factory 1 (Matão-SP), with an industrial park of 256,000 m², the company has two other units: factory 2 (Matão-SP) with 127,000 m² and factory 3 with 6,000 m² (Taquaritinga-SP).

With over 1,400 employees, Baldan stands out for its production capacity and exports to more than 80 countries worldwide.

A 95-Year History

In 95 years, Baldan evolved from a small factory into one of Brazil’s leading manufacturers of agricultural implements, establishing its headquarters in Matão, São Paulo.

“If they were the foundation, we will be the solid wall of safety; if they planted, it is not our role to harvest, but to keep planting, as the harvest we offer to the Brazilian people.”
